Volunteer information for 2010 Nationals
Thank you for being interested in volunteering at nationals at the Kentucky Horse Park May 6 – May 9, 2010. We are happy to see your interest.
Volunteers are working differently this year than years past in this venue. Please keep in mind we are not trying to leave anyone out and have everyone leave happy but it will be a new program this year.
If you are volunteering with a group of horses coming from your school…
Have your coach make all arrangements through the horse provider contact; Lori Cramer for hunt seat and Erin LeCompt for western. This will include transportation, food and lodging.
If you are coming and want to volunteer as an extra horse handler or in the other volunteer jobs needed,
please feel out an application that is attached and send it in to our volunteer coordinator Beth Akers from Miami University at neumanba@muohio.edu .
***All volunteers will be responsible for transportation and some food costs while at the Kentucky Horse Park. Lodging can be worked out in the volunteer block if necessary or with your school at the same rate.
