Favorite thing about the IHSA

|
I absolutely love the "luck of the draw"aspect of the IHSA. It truly lets the best riders shine; the ones who can handle any type of horse the draw chooses for them. If one cannot be open minded and easily adapt to a new ride right away they basically have no chance of rising to the top. This idea of hoping on a random horse and going straight into the ring to be judged is definitely a very unique characteristic the IHSA holds; in a way it puts the IHSA in its own category of riding. |
